Home Renovations

Our dynamic team of designers and builders can transform your current property into a completely new home. Your dream renovation.

Converting your existing space to incorporate your current family needs and the latest home designs. This might include taking out walls, adjusting the floor plan and converting rooms for a new use. As well as updating kitchens and bathrooms and adding special features such as a study nook, loft conversion and alfresco living.

Our in-house design team can guide you through your interior finishes and bring your dream home to life.

We all need extra space or home modifications at some time in our lives, be it a lifestyle choice, a growing family or mobility changes. Forrest Small Homes can work with you to bring the best out of your current property and make the adjustments necessary to make your home a comfortable living space for your current situation.

We are experts at incorporating all your needs into the renovations while also suggesting additional changes to integrate sustainability into the build.

If you have an approved set of plans for a new home, addition or renovation, reach out if you would like a quote. With the size and skills of our Sydney South and Illawarra based teams we have the capacity to move on jobs quickly and the quality results speak for themselves. See our projects page.
