Australian owned and operated, Forrest Small Homes combines 30 years engineering and building experience spanning multiple generations.

After spending eight years looking for a family home with meaning, James and his wife Shelley started Forrest Small Homes to offer people like themselves access to affordable, modern homes which reflect the things that are important to them.

James combined his extensive residential construction experience with sister structural engineering company Forrest Engineering to create a company that makes homeownership affordable for everyone, promising seamless processes which are economical and well managed. Today, James manages the onsite operations of Forrest Small Homes. He looks after the team and their training, and ensures the Forrest quality standard is maintained.
